Five subjects reacted competitively in the ambiguous condition in the first testing event. When looking at Testing Event 1 (frame 4) the bottom of the cube in the middle represents the ambiguous condition, and the axis going front to back are the subjects. You can see five subjects which are red in the middle section in the first testing event.
