Here are some of my favorite places to hike.

Southern high sierras.


Wallace Creek, elevation 12,000 Feet, just north of Mnt. Whitney. Excellent golden trout fishing.


Dollar lake near Mnt. San Grogonio, elevation 11, 420 Feet.


Typical high plain basin just south of Reds Meadow.

Rocky mountains near Boulder Colorado.


Pawnee pass along the continental divide.
