I am glad we are in general agreement!

I understand your concern about names.  A problem for me is that ACM has a
SIG on multimedia, and another on graphics, and they each adhere to a
separate identity.  We have a senior CS course on graphics and another on
multimedia.  So, when you talk about a minor in graphics, that to me and
many others does not include multimedia. How about, instead of "graphics",
having "graphics and multimedia" or some other expression you prefer?

I realize that you are very busy.  I'm glad you will focus and get part
if the CAC effort going.  But to be sure we don't loose sight of the 
other parts I ask JAN Lee to work on them, and invite him to attend or 
send a proxy for the Wedn 8am meeting of Computing and Communication 
Resources Committee.
